Place is always placed with pleasant staff. Although I work there, I think Crack Barrel is a lovely dinner to go and take your family. Dont always judge by comments because not all comments are reliable. Experience is the best judgment to go. Dont take my word for it. I think this is a great dinner with very cool atmosphere ? ?. We visit this Cracker Barrel all the time. Never have I had service like this. We had scheduled a pickup order for 1:00 and did receive it until 1:45. I understand they are busy due to the holiday but there is no reason a scheduled order should take 45 mins. The woman working at the register "Deb" was completely rude and abrasive. We love going to Cracker Barrel closer to home. The O'Fallon MO Cracker Barrel was nice and I understand everyone is short staffed but our waitress was rude. She kept getting agitated when we kept asking her for the food items and beverages that were missing. It got to the point we had to wave down a hostess to get the rest of our meals and drinks. Everyone else was super sweet.
