First timers! When we came in the gentlemen saying "Welcome to firehouse sounded very annoyed". Nicole we expressed we wanted to do the free birthday sub we received via email. Nicole would not help us stated this was app or online only. I asked her to help with online as I wasn't seeing the option. Nicole refused. I showed her the email that it said in store as well. Food turned out good however the wait to get the food was the issue. Ordered online and was quoted a 5:55p pick up time. When I arrived there were only 2 employees making sandwiches. I ended up leaving with my food at 6:20p after standing and waiting with several other guests waiting on our orders or walk ins that ordered. Employee who took my order was extremely quite and hard to understand and she entered my order incorrectly. Drink station was filthy. Wait time to get my order was a little long but not too bad. Sandwich, meatball sub was definitely good but they still got the wrong bread type even after I pointed out the error when I placed my order.
