Terrible service, unpleasant employees, guys who don't feel like working, who just come to do their hours and dislike serving Hispanics, I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS PLACE!!! The girl in the kitchen had her feet up on the desk and just as if nothing had happened, she started placing the order.
We don't have a jack or where we live. Drove thru. Ordered 20 tacos and 6 egg rolls to snack on when we got home, egg rolls were from the drive. Got 10 tacos. That's $10 we lost. We live a hour away so it's not like we could just come back. My fault. I should of counted them before we left but the employees disappeared so quickly I couldn't even ask for sweet n sour.

What has happened to Jack in the Box? Do you only hire druggies? Jack in the Box use to be my favorite place to eat until all I started to get is cold slop. Don't you realize your product is FOOD! MAKE IT GOOD! Why can't you hire people who give a damn? The food sucks. Until I start seeing 4 and 5 stars on here I'll spend my money at Culvers, where I always get delicious, hot, fresh food. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!
