Couldn't tell you about the food or service because there was none. I arrived at the drive through around 8 p.m., only car there, and appeared to be only person at the facility outside of an employee sitting at a table inside. I was told that they were only accepting Doordash orders. I asked," so, you won't take my order, but I could order it on doordash?" And the response was, "we are understaffed". This awful lady serving us at the window is high out of her mind. Her eyes were practically neon red. She didn't let us finish ordering at the speaker and rudely cut us off. She took 10 minutes to get our order done, IT WAS JUST 4 TACOS BRO!!! NO ONE IN FRONT OF US. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS AND I THINK SHE SHOULD BE BRUTALLY REPRIMANDED!

Ofallon Jack in the box is the worse!! It's ran by kids that don't care! You have to wait until the 1 car at the window leaves because they can't take more than 1 order and prepare it. And don't order breakfast in the afternoon, that's absolute NO they only make breakfast during breakfast hours. I ordered a pickup order through my ap.
