The restaurant was very dirty. I ordered the family meal ahead of time on the app. I showed up 20 minutes later when it said it would be ready. I waited another 25 minutes to get home and we were missing a side and 5 pieces of chicken. I went back up and it took another 10 minutes. I asked about buying a dessert and they didn’t have any of the desserts listed on the menu. On top of that I didn’t get any apologies for the extra trip and the very long wait times. So the whole purpose of the mobile order pickup is to save time, but yet you come here and the doors are locked. So I still have to sit through the drive thru, and since I has to wait my food got cold. Also no sign on door stating that so I got stuck behind extra cars

One of the better KFC around. This restaurant was clean which most restaurants in this chain usually are nasty. Staff was very friendly. Service does need some work but I have seen a lot worse. Food was hot and fresh. I was in at lunch time so I can't speak for the other shifts but keep up the good work.
