I am convinced......location and management makes a difference. Not only was the service excellent, but the fries were hot, the QPC with bacon was hot & juicy, and my cup was filled with soda and not ice.

Food is always hot but service is bad. Rarely does any staff say hello, please, thank you, have a good day. There is ONE awesome employee (male) that works in the morning that is always pleasant and says all the common courtesy keywords WITH A SMILE. He should definitely be praised for caring about that store and brand. the construction for the employees is just awful! a jackhammer right in the drive-thru window. those poor people that have to sit there and listen to that all day I would not be able to do that! it's almost on the verge of abuse.My sandwich and hash browns were so good. they are working so hard in that horrible atmosphere that the food was delicious better than I've had in a long time! they all need a big fat raise!
