First off the dinning area isn't open. 2 people working both times I've been there. Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Food was good but got a strawberry biscuit instead of a regular biscuit. Both time the individual at the window was friendly and apologized for my wait. Hire more staff!
I have never in my life experienced a fast food restaurant like this one. The lobby is always locked/closed during regular business hours and this location is more often than not out of some item on the menu.
