Made an order on the app then promptly drove to the store. Checked in and waited an hour until someone else who was waiting got out of his car and walked in the front door. When entering, nobody was in the front.. they were in the back. 2 car loads of teenagers were walking out of the back apparently smoking weed and telling people the place was closed. I’ve been through this Sonic many times, but for the past half a year or so it’s been pretty bad to the food and the service. I understand they’re very short staffed.But I drove through one time to pick up food for my family, there was ONE guy working. And it sounded like he had no idea what he was doing or how to do anything at his job. We had asked for a shake, but he said the machine wasn’t working due to him cleaning it, and not knowing how to put it back together....read full review

Love coming to this location. This is actually convenient for me cause it's close to my house. I usually come here to get like a shake cause the shakes here are better than McDonald's. They got better employees and the atmosphere is better as well. All other locations are too far out. Too this location I want thank you for being the best
