“Amazingly natural,locally grown and produced ice cream. Sold at some of the schnucks stores but you really need to go to their farm, close to Farmington. They have a once a month open house. Definitely a successful small family business. Check them out on Tastemakers tv program on PBS.”

“This place is one of my Momas and my favorite places to go for lunch. Their service is always friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. I always get the shrimp avocado salad, and my moma gets the Reuben sandwich both taste amazing!! They also have good fried mushrooms and fried pickles!!”

“Ed (Skip) is one of the funniest persons I have ever known. Gloria and Skip (owner) are simply salt of the Earth and know their trade. It's a beautiful spread, and had so much fun with them and all the neighbors on many occasions. Ed and Gloria provide a gracious, funny, and a hometown atmosphere. It's been 3 years since I was last there, but attended 4 or 5 of their grape harvesting events that was cause for much rejoicing.”

“Just such a wonderful "mom and pop" donut place. The donuts are so light and fluffy. Homemade every day. The owners are so pleasant. If you want good donuts and support small town business this is the place to go.”

“Time to give an updated review for this establishment. I love how my party was seated immediately, chips and fresh salsa followed very shortly along with our drink order. The salsa is very mild, but nice and thick with a rich color (you know they're not watering it down between batches). I would highly recommend the carnita street tacos. Four large tacos with warm corn tortillas, topped with cilantro onions and fresh avocado. Served with limes and their homemade hot sauce for dipping. Tasted just as good, maybe even better, than some of the street tacos I've gotten from food trucks in multiple different states. This place is a gem!”

“Staff was wonderful. Great service. Someone was at our table asking if we needed anything several time throughout our meal. I had pancakes, bacon, and toast. The pancakes were really big so be cautious, I will probably only order one next time. Bacon was actually cooked crispy not the typical half cooked chewy stuff. My husband got crab rangoon, they were ok. He said too sweet. Then he got a bacon, egg, cheese sandwich on toast and it was huge!!! He said it was really good too. We will definitely be back!”

“Absolutely loved all the food I've tried from here, their burgers are great! Also had the fried pickles and they're too delicious. The country fried steak was so good, they cut their own ribeye for it. Very generous portions for the price, imo. The chicken tenders are also amazing - actual fried chicken and not just from a bag!”

“Great staff, they were very busy with a bunch of high school students on a long lunch period, while I was there, but the staff worked great and got the orders done very quickly.Mine order of 3 foot longs was right on the mark. No issues”

“I don't normally go to Sonic, but they've been pushing the flavored drinks, and I've been on a nostalgia trip, so I went two days in a row because It was convenient, the only food I ordered was the tots.Both times it was fine, the second time I didn't get any salt, but that's okay because I brought pink himalayan salt with me.The first day I was ordering a flavored sprite, and the girl had no idea what I was saying. It was actually pretty funny, because I lived here when I was a little kid...A few seconds goes by she comes back and says "did you say sprite?" With astonishment in her voice. I said "yes ma'am" haha!!Oh, and when I first pulled up in the easiest parking spot, a girl came out and told me the speaker was broken.Also very much a funny thing because these things happen, for me it just happens a lot.I went to a Sonic a lot with family like 20 some years ago. Looking at sonic now has really painted a picture of how much america has crumbled in the last 20 years.Those girls could skate up on one leg, get your order perfect, before you asked for it, and still ask if you wanted ketchup, salt, or mints!Now I just see girls walking up in normal shoes who are visibly unhappy.But yeah everything was fine.”

“Looking for the Crab Rangoon I had when I was little in park hills, MO.This was good, but not what I remember from the early 90s.Ordered beef w/peppers and onions, and steamed rice.It was hot, it was good.I can't think of anything bad about it,I was startled when a white dude opened the window, but it's okay because I'm also a white dude, I was just expecting... “If I were to pick one place in the state of Missouri, that is going to give you the best quality food with a fair price it would be 12 West. It would be hard to find another place that serves a large menu with everything on it tasting fantastic. No matter what you pick on this menu. It’s never going to disappoint. “This was our first trip to catfish kettle restaurant and we traveled about 70 mins to reach the restaurant.Staff was very friendly and helpful.Our visit to catfish kettle was at 12pm on a Sunday. They were very busy and the restaurant was almost full.Waitress was quick to the table to take our drink order.It was a 33 min to get our food.Some of our items were cold, not warm but cold.The Waitress took the fried onions and must have put into microwave.It was the same order now it was hot and mushy.Overall the food was good and we would visit again.”

“Parking: They have plenty of parking all around the restaurant. There are about 3 spaces on the street as well as multiple spaces on the side and back lots. They are all well lit.Kid-friendliness: El jarochito is a family restaurant. They have dining in the lower level as well as outside. Their bar area is on the upper level for those who would prefer to sit there.”

“Prices are amazing, the food is delicious especially the nacho cheese and the ranch, there is going to be a wait depending on when you go, when I went there was only one lady taking orders with a lot of people but it might be different other days! There are limited parking spots so be cautious of that. I love how when you order a verity of food they put it in a box which helps when you have to drive home and you have to set the food in the seat. You can't eat inside only outside and there are limited seating if you do want to eat there. Oh and one thing I wish i knew and I wish there was a sign but they are CASH ONLY which in fine but inconvenient when you already ordered which causes a longer wait dude to having to go to the bank/ store to get cash. Over all 8.5/10”

“We had been hiking near here and decided some frozen custard would be a nice way to end the afternoon. We both got a small sundae - a turtle and a drumstick. The small was really small but the toppings were pretty generous and the custard was really good. We were waiting on quickly and had fast, good service. We were able to sit outside at one of the tables available. Would definitely go back.”
