We used the online waitlist tool and were two minutes away when they texted outtable was ready.We had a Cuban pizza, figgy pig pizza, Buffalo chicken calzone and the oreo cheesecake. All top notch and I was too busy enjoying to even take a photo!Parking: Parking is challenging but you can find a spot within about a block usually.“

“Very nice and friendly establishment. We were sitting outside waiting with our dog when the manager came out and gave him a water bowl! So sweet! We then purchased a pizza to go, half cheese half pepperoni. The service was quick and the pizza was great! I'm not usually a fan on thin crust but we all throughly enjoyed it“
“Everything was great till we paid. Our bill was $46 or so. We tip very well, $20 is our usual tip amount and it always cash. Paid the bill with card, but tip was cash. Molly said nothing, just brought the receipt back for me to sign. Didn't ask if we wanted change or anything, she just assumed that the 20 dollar bill was hers. $9.20 would have been 20%. I would have told her the 20 was for her, but she didn't ask, just assumed. You may think this is petty, however, I don't. Just my 2 cents worth, never assume.“
“A couple of large groups arrived just as we were seated. The staff move all of the center tables into 3 rows, that left no seating & people waiting for a table. Honestly, it would make sense for dine in & carry out orders to be handled by separate staff members. Our server took an eternity to take our order because she was busy with pickup orders & the cash register, answering the phone. Do NOT order their onion rings - so so disappointing !!!“
“We love having Pio’s so close to our house! It really is such a gem in Old Town St. Charles. I am raised by an Italian mother and this restaurant gives the family style, old school Italian restaurant feel. You always feel welcome at Pio’s! My favorite items to order are either the Chicken Parmesan, Lasagna, or Cannelloni.“

“I have to say how awesome you guys are! I called in an order today for me and a co-worker. I was told 15 min was there to pick it up within 10 mins and it was ready. I have never had an issue, customer service has always been great, even when I called back in because my order was wrong. There was zero push back as I explained what happened. The lady was very surprised as to how the mix up could have happened, but nonetheless gave me no push back on the refund. I was genuinely upset that I didn't get my Chicago grinder too, its so good. I wasn't sure what I got but it had what I thought was mayo on it and I wouldn't eat it. A little while after I got off the phone my co-worker came back up to me and said she thought she had ate my sandwich. She had complained that she didn't like hers and said it had jalapeños on it. I looked at what she ate, it was my steak grinder with BELL PEPPER on it. I'm not sure why she ate almost all of it if she didn't like it, but I'm embarrassed and ashamed that I was refunded for our screw up. I truly don't know how someone could mistake a spicy chicken bacon & ranch for a steak but... it happened. I will be calling back to pay as soon as I can tomorrow. I'm so sorry!“

“OTITA!!!!! SHE IS AMAZING!!! Went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations. Truly. I am a mom and went and had dinner with my 2 yr old and my best friend and her 3 yr old and she catered to us and treated us like family. I appreciate her hardwork and effort to make me feel so welcome and cared for. For fast food this was exceptional and I will be back to see her!! Thank you so so SO much Otita!!!“
