Overall, good food and OK service for the prices. The margarita that I ordered was just OK. We dined on a Saturday night, and it was semi- busy. We didn't have to wait to be seated. Prices were average, but the food quality was just average too. And, the service was also just average. No big complaints and no big compliments--the whole.experience was just average. From Texas and got the Chimmi to compare to Texas Tex-Mex. It was good, but the meat was lacking flavor. They did have chips on the table for free that is customary in Texas. Heard that outside the state it is not. As a joke I said "the cats in Missouri are not as good as in Texas".
Lived in Tucson, AZ for 8 years and was in town visiting my son on base. I honestly wasn’t expecting much from a Mexican restaurant in this part of the country, but the food here was a very pleasant surprise. Our waiter was very attentive and quick to take our order and bring the food.
