“We got fried mushrooms as an appetizer and they were to die for 10/10 I loved the fried mushrooms, also got the Chicken Hawaiian Club it was huge but so amazing and very much worth the $12 and a plus was the staff was amazing and so nice to us 10/10 experience will definitely be going back “
“The bar has 6 Diamond coin-operated pool tables. They appear to be well maintained. A change machine is available for getting quarters for the tables. They have pool tournaments on weekends. They have a small, fenced-in, covered, outdoor smoking area, because you can't smoke inside bars in Springfield. Food and drinks are ordered at the bar. Food is brought to you when ready. They have a bartender, and a cook for their basic bar food menu. Food is ok, but portions are small. Drinks are priced about the same as other places. Overall, it is a good place to play pool or drink with old friends you bring or new friends you meet there. Parking is good unless they are busy, then it is hard to find.Parking: They have parking for about 20-25 cars in their parking lot. There is some parking on the street too.Kid-friendliness: They let kids in. They have a sign up about a kid's league on Saturdays.“

“The DOP is definitely a 5 stars experience. Been here a few times and it's always a good vibe. My first visit there was a live band that did not disappoint. Went there another time had karaoke that had no restrictions on what can be sung (unlike other popular karaoke joints). The complimentary billiards is also major plus to the great experience. The bartenders and servers are always on their A game making sure everyone's satisfied.“
“I HAVE to give a shout out to Alysia (I'm so sorry if I spelled your name wrong). She was the ONLY bartender serving drinks/food for the bar AND while catering to my friends dirty 30th birthday party. She did AMAZING! But that's not all, the teamwork witnessed at this establishment was clearly noted. I saw an Expo running food, the manager (I think) even pitching in running food. I'm a server and this teamwork literally made me wonder if y'all are hiring, for realz. Thank you so much for a fun night and making my friends dirty 30th birthday party so special. “Super bummed about our experience yesterday at Dugout. We visited with our young daughter and her god father. They were really looking forward to a Cuban (as in, we made a specific trip to Springfield just for one) but we weren’t even acknowledged. We sat there at our table for at least 20 minutes, if not more, with a bartender, server and kitchen guy walking past. No one offered waters, told us they’d be with us in a second, nothing. No acknowledgement what-so-ever. The bar was full but the restaurant wasn’t overly busy. It’s a huge bummer since we were looking forward to sharing with our daughter one of the many things we had loved about Springfield when we went there. Do better Dugout.“
“Nice, comfortable beds. We invaded the lobby and bar area before and after a wedding. Peg was so friendly and accommodating. She tried to dim the lighting as best as she could, put on the football game we liked, and let us play music! Too hot to take advantage of the outside area - darn. Would stay again. Bring a nightlight if you do to avoid bring bathroom lighting during night.“
“My friends and I went for a late night drink, we did not eat. Great atmosphere it was only Tuesday night so it wasn't super busy but there was a good handful or two of people in there everybody was laughing and talking having a good time The place was clean and the bathroom was clean. I would definitely recommend the place to my friends or family. The only thing I could say is a critique is that the bartender could sharpen her skills slightly her drinks were fine and she was probably tired it was at the end of the night but she needs to make a little more eye contact with people that are waiting to let them know she acknowledges them but she's just busy and a few other things I like that I noticed but she made great drinks and was nice and like I said she was probably tired it was towards the end of the night but I'll definitely be going back again.“
“This place has the best service and very interesting pizza. Locally owned my Gillardi aka as Nicolas next door. Happy I found a seat at the bar for take out. It's a nice place for a mom to pick up a pizza and have a cocktail on a Friday night. Healthy Monica is a great veggie pizza“
“I've loved Hy-Vee since it first opened in Springfield. The store is always clean and well-organized, they have good meat and produce, good prices, and excellent customer service. I especially want to thank Catering, Floral, Bakery and Liquor for helping us have a wonderful wedding last weekend. They did an amazing job with everything and everyone complimented the food. “Husband & I met a friend here for drinks and a late lunch. Waitress was wonderful. Drinks were good & beer was cold. Food was pretty good as well.Everyone in our party of 4 said they had good food. Only downside was the French fries came out a bit soggy & greasy,although they tasted good.“

“I just want to commend Harbells and their staff and management team!! I placed a to-go order tonight for a salad and some wings… come to find out they forgot to put my salad in the bag(it was busy, things happen!) and before I could even figure it out THEY called ME and the Manager on duty delivered it to me at no charge.Ive worked in food service before and was told that it was the customers responsibility to come back and get it but Harbells was SO apologetic and sweet and made sure to take care of me.Thank you to everyone on shift tonight (1/6/24) i hope you all have a blessed night <3-Mercedes“
“First time in this restaurant. It wasn’t busy at all. The staff were really nice. I believe they are not had two other waitress's working. We ordered wings and tacos. The food was perfect. Best wings ever. Not overcooked. The staff were nice. Slow - but only because they were just short staffed. Overall excellent and would return. The menu is great. So many options. Definitely recommend.“
“This little out of the way place was close to the hotel we stayed in so we walked to it and it was well worth the walk. I had the bacon cheeseburger with mushrooms and it's the best hamburger I've had in a very long time. We were seated immediately and service was wonderful, friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend this“
