We bought the ultimate meal. The beef was dry, probably left from yesterday. The entire meal was cold. The building was freezing. A miserable experience. Service got four stars because they were fast and courteous. Won’t be back.

I love Bubba's and it pains me to have to do a three-star review for what could have easily been a five-star but waiting 20 minutes for somebody to come help at a drive-thru is absolutely ridiculous. It felt like the lady that was working the counter was completely ignoring me. I probably won't be going back after that.
Delicious food! Excellent customer service. Small mixup with GrubHub… I’d recommend just call the restaurant directly and place your order, gives you both the chance to make sure your order’s correct. Would definitely eat here again :)

Found this restaurant on a Google Search I was hungry for barbeque and thought I would try a new place since Springfield doesn't really have that many good BBQ restaurants I'm from Kansas City where there is some of the best BBQ anywhere. I was impressed with the entire dining experience food tasted good price was competitive dinning area was clean food was served quickly and fresh I will definitely be back for more good BBQ!

I called one hour before I was given my food. I called placed my order they said 15-20 minutes I got there and three people came in after me, received their food after placing their order at the counter. Absolutely will not be going back, they were rude and would not give money back for THEIR mistake.

This is a good barbecue spot, not the best barbecue I've ever had, but we enjoyed ourselves. The barbecue has good flavor but it's lacking that smokiness. The meal portions are big in my opinion so keep that in mind. They do have some good barbecue sauces on hand as well. I've been to this place several times over the past few years. I have always had a good experience and enjoyed the food. My wife and I shared a four meat dinner and we had the burnt ends, pulled pork, brisket and chicken. The chicken is a shredded chicken and if I would have known that I would have gotten something else. But the burnt ends and pulled pork tasted really good and so did the brisket.

My husband and I have eaten at Bubba's two times when we were in Springfield to catch a flight. The food was excellent the first time, so we made a point of going back to eat there again. We had the burnt ends and pulled pork, with beans and sweet potato fries, on this visit. We both thought the food was excellent this time also. Their prices are good, the staff is friendly, and our food came to our table in a timely manner. All-in-all, you can't beat this place for great BBQ, and we will not hesitate to eat there again whenever we are in Springfield.
