“The food was really good and the staff was really friendly. The inside look of the restaurant was decent but the outside is OUT OF DATE. We pulled up outside and almost left. The paint is faded, the wooden wall panels are coming loose, and it wasn't for the cars in the parking lot I would have guessed it was closed down. Other than the building everything was good and I would go back.“

“I had a mixup on a previous order and called the store, spoke to Lexi (she's the Night manager) and explained the situation. She not only offered to replace the order but she also had it redelivered free of delivery fee! She was an absolute delight! Very professional and went out of her way, in my opinion, to correct a simple mistake. Thank you, Lexi!!! We order from this store multiple times per week (I'm a travel nurse with a daughter that's almost 9 months pregnant and CRAVES their pizza and brownies- lol!). Which leads me to the next "kudos"... my very pregnant daughter called back up to the store to ask a couple questions about redeeming points to order a brownie. Chase answered all the questions he could, and what he couldnt- he placed her on hold and went to the kitchen to get the answer from the awesome Lexi! “First time having Zaxby's. For fast food chicken it was more than acceptable (far superior to Raising Canes!). Counter staff was very friendly. Food was hot (including the well seasoned fries) and arrived pretty quickly. Don't expect gourmet, expect decent fast food.Parking: Plenty of parking around the entire restaurant.“

“From start to finish, my visit was excellence. I had a carry out for 2 items, walked in to it being ready. The guy that checked me out was easy going as well as nice. Everyone acknowledged my presence, reeking of good customer service. Another thing was them listening to their music enjoying it at a decent volume level. “Brisket sandwich came out hot, tender, smokey, juicy and seasoned perfectly. Okra for the side is well seasoned. Highly recommend this place, not for their drinks per say, as the sweet tea tasted like sugar water with no tea flavor and the drink size isnt really worth it, but the barbecue is immaculate. The barbecue makes up for the drink situation in every aspect. My favorite barbecue spot for a while now“
