This is one of the older DQ's in Springfield in fact it is the oldest LOL. But one year ago I would not have recommended it to anyone. I think it was being run by meth heads or something then it was pretty bad. But now they have new ownership and and I have been there a few times this summer to get food for the wife and I we both love the ice cream and shakes burgers chicken tenders and more. Employees should be more customer service friendly. Tried giving my 3 blizzards while I was alone in my car without lids and not so much as a drink carrier until I had to ask for each item. Be thoughtful works much better.Dietary restrictions: They have allergy signs up about possible contamination. Use common sense

Ice cream was fabulous! Service was pretty good. Loved the Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough Blizzard and the Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Blizzard!The building is beginning to show its age.We exited through the side door. There was spilled icecream/beverage. The concrete was a mess. The rail going down by the steps was sticky. AND THERE WERE BEES! There was also trash outside on the side walk area (with the BEES).
