This is located in route 66 food truck park. They have both food and none dairy ice cream. There's a lot of different other trucks and there's also an indoor beer seating area that has a restroom. Every time we go everyone is super friendly and helpful.
Food here is incredible!! Stopped here on our toad trip and super happy we found this Springfield gem. Highly recommend their boneless bbq sandwich and appetizer sampler. Although, I’m sure the rest of the menu is great as well.

This is the only place in Springfield (that I know of) that offers solely 100% plant-based food. Thus, you better try it before their planned closure on June 30th. To me, the food felt very average. It tasted different, but there was nothing that special about it. The single employee who was working at the time was also inattentive. If you enjoy vegan food, you will probably love this place. It is pretty cheap and no place offers a menu like Earth’s Harvest.
