An unassuming little coffee shop with very friendly, young staff. It's my favorite in the area, I just wish I didn't come when they were cleaning up in the afternoon. But the coffee and cake were nice. I recommend the caramel brûlée latte (5/5) and the Dulce de Leche Latte (5/5). The chocolate malted latte was meh (2/5). Service has always been good. The they carry is good, but it's not made in a traditional way. The pastries are great, and the ambiance and comfort is ok. This is one of the best shops in Springfield, but that's not saying much as most shops here provide really awful coffee because it's cheaper. Stay away from local coffee as it tastes much like dirt. The euro cafe has a beautiful Italian espresso bean called Lavazza. There's better out there, but not in Springfield.
