Despite the accolades plastered all over the walls, the food was mediocre at best. They didn't have any fry sauce for their average fries, and they were heck of expensive. The employees were nice.

Fries ? were huge and very hott. Burger had everything I could ask for on it. Restaurant was very clean and every one was polite and helpful ?
While there were only 3 out of the 5 guys on duty, the food still slapped. My boys and I got our drinks and grabbed a handful of peanuts to satiate the inner beast until the arrival of our burgers.

I was quite impressed with their service. I don't know what they do to their fries, but I could not get enough. They were quick to serve and had a friendly smile to go along. I am kinda glad that the first place was too lazy to deal with the bus load, or we wouldn't have had the opportunity to be treated like we were appreciated.

Great fast food burgers. It's basic, but fully customizable and always cooked to perfection. The fries are huge. I highly recommend just one order for the whole table. A large will easily feed 4.

Never so disappointed in Five Guys. Ordered 2 burgers, everything on the side for both because I drive 12 miles to get home. They serve me and say 1 burger is all put together and the other on the side. Not what I ordered but ok I can deal with that. Get home and take the burgers out. Jalapenos were supposed to be grilled. Half were half weren't. Not what I ordered. Get my burger and unwrap it. I ordered a Bacon Burger. I get a Bacon Cheese Burger. Not what I ordered. The burgers look no bigger than the cheap burgers and can get at McDonald's. Not why I go to Five guys. Been getting Five Guys burgers for years. After this if this is what they are going to serve I will be exploring some new burger options.

I got the TikTok grilled cheese burger and was very disappointed. What I do like about five guys is the freshness and how you can customize the burgers.
