My hubby and I stopped here for a late lunch, as we were going through Springfield. there were only a couple people in the restaurant seating area. We had a good meal and left. Food was good, service was meh. Tried to call in my order on my way home from work so it would be ready when I arrived. First, no one answered. When I called back, I was picked up on but no one said anything or really answered the phone. All I could hear was background voices. And then when I hung up to call back, the phone was busy/off the hook. Apparantly short staffed and busy? Establishment was pretty clean, to include restrooms. The burgers and potato wedges were great. However, the mac and cheese was cold as if it was taken out of the refrigerator. The two individuals that were preparing the food had no hair nets.
