Recently I was in this store while waiting on car maintenance nearby. It was the best experience I’ve ever had at a McDonalds. The management and employees were so friendly and helpful. The food was hot and delicious. I was in the establishment for about 3 hrs while waiting on my car. I heard the employees give positive feedback to each other and their customers so many times I was so overwhelmed with joy. When I paid for my order with cash, the manager, counted my change back to me like cashiers use to do. I was shocked because many times the cashiers have no clue how to do this “lost” technique. Excellent experience!!! Great job and kudos to the Kearney McDonald’s, Springfield, MO.

Food was burnt. I asked for extra onions and thankfully I did because they put 3 little slivers of onion if I didn't ask for extra I probably would not have gotten any at all. Took forever in drive-thru. The person over the intercom sounded as if they hated their job and I understand this but you have to at least fake it till you make it and they sure did not hide their hate of the job and the irritation that I came to order anything

I guess customer service goes out the window when the employees are off the clock! Nothing but Racist people here! Can't even wait for my order in peace... Because apparently as soon as certain employees clock out they take the time before going home to make rude comments to customers ! I took the high road and kept my mouth shut to keep the peace. I was actually raised right! Unlike some of the young employees at this location. All people in charge didn't say a word to those employees! I would have shut it down had I been in charge.

I have ordered food through door dash 2 chicken burgers they have sent out which one bacon which we don't eat.When I called their store the lady over the phone was very rude and hung up the call.Never ordering again.

I come here often but I must say the coffee is not the best item here. The machine is usually not working or the wait for it is very long. The latest oddity was receiving my lukewarm coffee with an open top lid meant for a milkshake and being given straw. Before I could object the window as promptly shut and the employee walked away…Maybe it’s petty but I didn’t appreciate trying to drink hot coffee through a straw and having it get cold so quickly because there isn’t a sealable lid. McDonald’s quality and service is continuing to get worse.

Everytime i come here,or to most locations. I always order a side of mac sauce with my meal, and i pay for this extra, 9 out of 10 they dont give it to me. Its really kind of annoying to have to come all the way back to get it. So i just sit in the window and check my stuff. Even tho i shouldnt have to.
