Did not honor online reservation. Appetizers brought out with soup, salad at same time given 5 minutes before they were shoving food on our plates. Did not do much of a fireshow for the kids. Vegetables and meat undercooked.They started cleaning table before we even finished our meals. Appetizers, dinner and pushed out the door 25 minutes. Not a good experience.

We took my 8 year old son here for his birthday dinner! We had a party of 6 and we're able to make a reservation which I LOVED. We were seated right on time and attended to so well. Our chef, Edgar, was AWESOME and hilarious! Great with the kids and did lots of fun Hibatchi-style entertainment! The food was delicious! So well cooked and not overly salty or saucy or anything. We kept getting food dumped on our plate, while most people took home leftovers, I'm proud to say I ate it ALL! ?

The first time visiting Ohanas my partner and I got food poising from the chicken not being fully cooked. After giving this place a second chance, our once biology-student server who claimed to have been cooking for 3 years now messed up our order tremendously. My partner had ordered the steak and chicken but only received the 5 small pieces of steak— no chicken. I on the other hand, who ordered the hibachi chicken, was fortunate enough to receive 7 pieces of chicken. I’ve seen kids meals come with more chicken than that. I was too upset to eat ANY of the chicken after our cook had messed everything up. This place is a complete joke. You could tell the chef had no idea what he was doing. I simply don’t understand why you would have someone who obviously does not know how to cook behind a grill serving a full table of people. After expressing our concerns to the managed, she went ahead and only charged us an order of Hibachi steak rather than steak and chicken— also a joke. Nothing was done about my portion size. DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE. YOU RUN THE RISK OF GETTING SICK OR HAVING YOUR ORDER MESSED UP. We will never dine here again. If you want Hibachi, go somewhere else!

Let me first start by saying that I have been to this place more than 20 times as my family loves the hibachi style. So this review is not just of a 1 time visit.Let me start by saying that their sitting and waiting arrangement is horrible, we were told 30 minutes and it took almost 1:20 to sit us down. I kept getting angrier every time they kept telling me: "sir you are next", and I watch smaller parties than us get seated before us, I mean I understand business but this is not a good practice. The only thing that actually saves our dinners is the chef's. They don't have any control as to what happens before but they sure do on what happens when they are cooking, today ours was Noha, and it is because of him, that our evening was saved. Then they have the oddasity to charge you with 18% mandatory gratuity, which if you asked me, I would have said that it needed to go all to the chef.This restaurant needs to do better, you guys used to be one of the best, and are very quickly becoming the last resort. Do better, be better
