I had ordered online and hit the wrong pick up time. I was over an hour away yet. Called and they said that it was no problem and they could make it fresh again for me to call when I got close. Called to let them know I was close. Got to my destination to realize they clearly didn't remake the food...they may have stuck it in the micro for a second by the looks of it. But we were hungry and still ate it since it was mostly my fault for the mix up. Just would have been nice if they would have remade them like they said they would.

No clean tables at 3:00 pm with hardly any customers. No microwave for heating bagels or tea when they are out of hot water which is what happened the last time I was here. They also wouldn’t heat a bagel for us when we found they permanently no longer had a microwave and they didn’t offer a fresh one they could heat it.

Way over priced 6ox of soup for 9 dollars a drink is almost 4. I will never have go there again.
Good food. Kind of pricey, but what isn't these days? I enjoy their coffee , it actually wakes me up. It's a nice place in the area to eat something and it's a peaceful place for me to read or white while snacking.

The chicken Chipotle avocado melt is my go to. I have ordered it at paneras all over mo. This was definitely my most disappointing sandwhich. It didn't have any avocado on it!!! And the was barely a hint of Chipotle sauce. It was just dry chicken in bread. I don't like boycotting restaurants for one bad experience. My hope is that an informative review will make my experience next time better.

The food was delicious and the staff were friendly as always but we were disappointed to see that the outdoor seating Google notes at this location was not set up. We're making a cross country road trip with dogs so we were banking on the patio -- lesson learned to call ahead and find out for sure!
