First time eating here, I have been told by several people that if you enjoy BBQ, then you have to try this place! We were in town from Little Rock for an event, so of course, we made the drive to see what it was all about! I was not disappointed at all! Food was spot on and plenty of it! Service was great, super friendly, and fun.

I wanted to see if the Springfield location was as good as the St. Louis location. In a word... yes! I had the turkey and brisket with fries, and they were delicious.The physical location on Republic Road is a little off the beaten path, but the food makes the search worthwhile.

We went to Sugarfire in December for lunch with family. As a BBQ lover from KC, I know great BBQ when we try it. We ordered the Brisket sandwich and pulled pork sandwich. The brisket was done perfectly, a shout out to Robin for his excellence in prepping the meats. The prices were right on target for this BBQ. I've had more expensive BBQ in KC so this was a great value. The only reason they didn't get a five is the temperature in the dining room, it was way too cold and took away...read full review
