Forgot to ask the lady’s name. Whoever was handling drive through at 6:10AM on 12/18/2023 deserves to be recognized. I requested extra crispy hashbrowns along with my order she was very sweet and accommodating and my hashbrowns tasted great! Just wanted to show my love and appreciation because as the next generation continues to join the work force you never know if you’re going to get a ray of sunshine or whatever the opposite of that is. Had a whopper that was Very good. The fries went to waist. They were cold. Drive thru employee wasn't very attentive. Also up sized the order without asking.Forgot how busy that area is.(St. Charles Rock Rd)

I haven't been to this location in a few years but decided to order since it was close by. My fries were cold, unsalted, and tasted old. I ended up throwing them away. I also got a regular cheeseburger which was fine but it seemed like it was reheated. Maybe an off night?
