I almost gave it a 3-star. Because of the lack of drivers your food is late and sometimes cold. However, my order is right. The best thing about it is this store rewards you with a free pie or 50% off your entire next order. Also, I had a not-so-good experience with one driver on Sunday. My credit card was charged an extra $5. I didn't understand why. I called about the extra charge. I found out that someone put a tip on my receipt. The manager returned the money. This store consistently provides me with hot, fresh food. They take care of me e every time. Delivery can sometimes be delayed, however I'm still receiving quality product despite the delay. All staff have been friendly and professional upon every interaction. Samantha and staff deserve kudos. Thanks team!
