It was good nothing to rave about. The salad isn't very good its just bagged iceburg lettuce. I got the creamy Italian dressing I didn't even eat it. The sandwich was amazeballs though. I'm definitely gonna go back and try the pizza.The girl at the front counter was awesome, very friendly informative and nice.
I was able to try Ruma's on a recent trip to St. Louis after reading about the famous open face sandwich. I was not disappointed and really enjoyed the sandwich. I also got a Deluxe pizza and was blown away by that as well. I highly recommend this deli as it was a big hit with my group.

I have taken my family here many times. Food is ALWAYS delicious!! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend the prosperity sandwich and don't forget to add giardiniera peppers if you like some heat! Also the "Rumas Super" is great if you want a cold sub!
