Our romantic evening started with a complimentary glass of champagne and an amuse-bouche that set the tone for the rest of the meal. We opted for the 10 course dining experience and we were totally happy that we did. The chef provided a true dining experience. Each course complimented the other. Whew! Once again, Blood and Sand delivers. We grabbed some apps off the a la carte menu and of course cocktails before a dinner reservation. Let me tell you, this place is incredible. We were the only people in there and were treated as royalty. The tater tots are one of the most delicate, delectable foods I have ever tasted.
