Excellent authentic Nicaraguan cuisine! The grill pork steak and grilled chicken dishes are rich in flavor. Large portions and savory spices. Highly recommend trying this place. Delightfully named after the Nicaraguan Spanish word for fried food street vendors, Fritanga is more than anyone who wants a taste of Central American cuisine could ask for.After spending the summer of 2023 in Nicaragua, I can attest to its authenticity. I like this restaurant! It has authentic flavor. Only complaint is that kids choices are very limited.The carne desmenuzada was delicious! The flavors were perfect. Carne asada was also seasoned VERY well.
