I ordered a sandwich from 12808 Olive Blvd at 1:30 pm 4/18/2023 and didn't get it until 3pm. By the time I got it my lunch hour was definitely OVER. FREAKY FAST MY A$$. Won't order again.

I've had good experiences here and extremely bad experiences here. Flip a coin when you go in because you might get good or you might get bad. Customer service is not great. Usually one somewhat friendly person in the group of three/four, but the others look like they don't want to be there and I'm annoying them by walking in. It's Jimmy John's, though, so the sandwiches are hard to screw up, so just get your food and leave.

Usually, this place always does a great job for me getting orders done correctly and on time. Their delivery service works well enough but the service can be a hit or miss here. Recently I didn’t quite appreciate the sarcasm from the guys making the sandwiches. Maybe it was just the time of day but everyone was pretty distracted.
