We had a large lunch event catered by Kalbi Taco Shack and I am so glad that we did. The price was extremely reasonable, the owner was extremely kind and helpful, and worked with us in a helpful, respectful, and timely manner, to provide VERY delicious, professionally presented, consistently boxed and well-made quality rice bowls with fresh ingredients at a very reasonable price. I was really looking forward to an Asian Mexican food. The jack fruit was still in chunks and would have been better shredded. The aioli was pretty good. Located in the foundry either way it’s a great stop.

I wasn't sure what I wanted to eat, so I went to the Foundry, walked around and decided to try this place. Pretty good prices, quick service, and a slightly different take on traditionally Mexican items. I had the sweet and spicy chicken as well as the buffalo zing chicken taco. With a side, in my case chips and salsa, this is a filling amount of food without leaving you a lot of leftovers.
