If I could give a 10/5 for customer service, I would do so! I ordered 4 bundlets for pickup about 24 hours ahead of time, with the seasonal flavor in my order. Unfortunately when I arrived, I was told they were out. I expressed my frustration since I made this order, specifically for the seasonal flavor (and how much I loved it when I had it a few years back). 100%, most moist cake in St.Louis!We have been getting birthday, special occasions, and we-want-quality cakes here for years. Eveytime, the cakes are rich, moist and the icing dense, but not gritty. Our favorites are the White Chocolate Raspberry & Red Velvet.The service is always polite, friendly & helpful; making suggestions for indecisive guests. Yesterday, I left as the shop closed.
