“Biggest issue with this location is keeping enough staff on site to keep the line moving quickly. It may just be my opinion but they seem to have a really high turnover rate. Just as soon as their staff get it down and are able to I mean really make the line move that's when they're gone. I have seen some incredible young people working there that knew their job inside and out and it didn't matter what we threw at them they were able to handle it but then I think they got burned out and they left. The only other thing is the wildest Place generally I don't have any trouble with the employees having their masks and every once in a while they start to let it slip and their masks are down past their nose meaning they're not really doing anything there's really no point of having a mask if it's not actually being used“
“Food is always good! There are a few things that suck though, once you get into the drive through line there is no way to get out. Second, it's a long wait to order your food. Third, once you get up there, on average, they are out of three of their items on the menu. But overall, when things go right their food is pretty good!“
“smells amazing inside...wide open space so despite beung busy no one was crammed into a small waiting space...the chow mein AND the fried rice have absolutely NO FLAVOR, but their orange chicken is one of my fave entree items...wish they still had the black pepper “
“First visit here in quite some time. It’s 8:00 Friday night. I had a dine in experience. Many of the food items looked tired and not abundant. Same story as most places. Not enough staff. Only me counter person. Two people preparing food. One person cleaning. If you have a pickup order you are low priority. They stand and wait while walk ins are handled first. My food was below average. I only came here as my first choice restaurant’s dining room is closed.“
