This was one of the best restaurant meals I have had in a long time. First, we sat at the bar that views the kitchen. Best decision ever!! Chef Louis made it such a great experience! He explained the dishes, made recommendations, and served amazing food! We had beef shortribs with butternut squash and this amazing cream sauce, shared brussel sprouts, and a filet with mashed potatoes and mushroom sauce. We were excited to try the Tavern tonight for the first time. We were a bit underwhelmed. I only got 3 scallops for a $45 entree (even Disney will give you 4 for the same price). Additionally, the fries and baked cookie had a burnt aftertaste from the oven. For $150, we thought it was significantly overpriced for what we got.
