My orders have always been right and fresh. The staff seems friendly and fast. Only complaints are, the parking lot is in terrible shape, and in bad need of repair. The dining room always looks dirty.

I GAVE THE WINDOW CLERK A 100 DOLLAR BILL AT DRIVE THRU. SHE ALERTED THE SHIFT/MANAGER FOR CHANGE AND WALKED AWAY WITH MY MONEY. I GOT MY FOOD AND APPARENTLY WAS SOOO EXCITED ABOUT THE CHIC PARM SANDWICH THAT I DROVE OFF WITHOUT MY CHANGE! I JUST REALIZED IT NOW WHEN I WENT TO GET MONEY OUT OF MY WALLET. I'M CALLING THIS AM WHEN THEY OPEN AND GIVE AN UPDATE TODAY TO LET YA'LL KNOW WHAT THEY SAID.

Me, personally I think jungermann bk is great. They get really busy around lunch and dinner rush with about 15 cars all lined up 1 after another and the workers at the window are always so nice considering they're 15-18 years Olds every time I've gone. They always make sure they say sorry when they've messed anything up in the slightest and I've read some of the other reviews about how they give back the wrong change.
