Not good service on this visit. Clearly something was going on because customers orders were messed up and delays in process. Got all the way home and our order was also messed up. Had to go back to get the right sandwich. Not a good experience and oh by the way what happened to offering a customer something for all the mistakes and time wasted....just saying they probably throw away alot nightly. This Panera seems just okay. This is the second time to this location. Both times, it seemed the bagels were stale. I also missed being able to place an order at a kiosk. The restaurant is smaller than most. It was clean and in safe area, adjacent to Mid Rivers Mall.

Getting to the restaurant was difficult. It seemed that Panera was an afterthought in this location, and signage is poor. The restaurant is very well hidden.
