“Food is great as always. Only suggestion with the new baskets. When I order 2 sandwiches with my meal, the second sandwich sits out not wrapped for 10 to 15 minutes while I eat the first sandwich. Maybe consider having a wrapper available for second sandwich so it stays warm. The hot dog I had today was not fresh tasting because it sat for 10 minutes unwrapped before I got to it.. Other than that, everything was great.“
“Food was accurate and quick. Enjoyed the Large Italian, grilled. LG fries is a lot! Shared and couldn’t finish.Would have been 5star experience if I didn’t have to clean my own table, seemed plenty of staff to keep up with dining room. Overall though a good experience.“
“Tried this out for the first time. Very good sandwich and salad, I'd definitely order again. The sweet tea they tout as famous is nothing to write home about. Pretty watered down, not very much tea flavor and really packed the sweet part of sweet tea. The club sandwich was great and the salad was plentiful in the 2fer meal they offer. The lady who took our order was not the friendliest person, especially to a new customer. She acted as if we should know what things were on the menu and sported an attitude about it. I'd eat here again overall.“
“The Cottleville store is always consistent. It's clean, people are friendly, sandwiches are freshly made and taste great. The fresh cut fries!! We do a lot of to-go orders, and they always wait until i arrive to drop the fries! Love them for that. They are pricier than the bland subs you get elsewhere, but you really do get what you pay for here. Reco the artichoke w/chicken on multi grain. Yum!“
“Wonderful dining experience. Me and my brother went in for a quick bite to eat only stayed there for lunch for a few minutes. we were there only about 15 to 20 minutes. Got a sub sandwich and some chips and a drink. The service was fast and quick and professional. The staff was very nice and super fast. The person made my sandwich very quickly and i even gave them a compliment on how fast they made my sandwich . It was a yummy sandwich and it did not disappoint . i didnt use the bathroom in the restaurant so i dont know if the restroom is clean our not so take your chances . i know whenever i go to a restaurant i want a place that has a clean bathroom. the restaurant inside was clean and very orderly and very functional . they had a great assortment of drinks and chips that you can have with your sandwich meal. all and all it was a great dining experience and i would totally go back to this place again and eat there. i would recommend this place to everyone. the only reason why i gave it a 4/5 is that the restaurant is a very small place. they should expand .FOLLOW ME ON YOUTUBE AND TIKTOK AT FEARSMAN26Parking: decent amount of parking in the area and in the lot.“
“I went to Jimmy John's on 10/17 because I wanted to get some tasty food fast because it was late and we had not had dinner yet. As usual my sandwiches were made to order freaky fast.? The girl that made my unwich did a great job wrapping it up. In the past (not necessarily this location) they were not wrapped the greatest.“
“We had it catered to our place, the bread was soft and delicious and the meat was not overly processed or salty. Wish it was more like a big Italian over the topper though with meat.love the vinegar and oil oregano side condiments for I have been using this on mine for decades.Goodcents gets it!!!??“
