We got there almost 2 hours after they were supposed to be open, pulled to the drive thru and got the automated “How can I help you’” then nothing. I pulled around to the window and looked in to see that there was nobody in there. What is the point in posting hours of operation if you just open whenever you feel like it. I have lived in Wentzville for 12 years, I said I would not go back after my last experience, but I was craving KFC so I thought I would give it another chance. Went around 5:30pm on Monday thinking I would get fresh food, nope the chicken was dried out like it was over an hour old, cold fries, hard biscuit, never again will I visit this location, back to Popeyes in Foristell for me and the family.

This is the first negative experience i’ve had at this location. It’s only my second time there. I ordered an 8 pc. bucket +8 tender meal online and sat in the pickup parking stall. The notifications on the app said my meal was ready 15 minutes later. After waiting in the pickup parking stall no one ever came out with the order.
