I got the Yaki Udon. My meat was tofu. When I tell you it was great. 10/10. What ever sauce they use is delicious. The only thing is I wish the vegetables were stir fried longer. Specifically the carrots weren’t really cooked down and I hate eating raw carrots personally. But other than that I can’t complain one bit. It was $12.75 (I paid with cash so it is cheaper they charge a percentage if you pay with a card). And you get a wonderful portion you just can’t beat it.
I have been a loyal customer of Hana for a number of years. In addition to enjoying Vietnamese Cuisine in different areas of the United States, I also lived in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) where I enjoyed authentic Vietnamese dishes. I can say that the menu at Hana is by far the most authentic I have experienced outside of Vietnam. The service is great and the staff is friendly. Because of all of this I highly recommend Hana Sushi and Pho.
