“Gumbo is delicious and loaded with shrimp. Fried crab claws and soft shell crab appetizers were great. Shrimp and grits were okay (shrimp was good, grits too mushy for me, but that's a personal preference). The stuffed flounder looked great! Good salad dressings. “As per the usual, this Ruth's Chris did not disappoint. If you are looking for the typical special occasion steak dinner, this is your go-to chain, so we already knew what to expect going in. It was our anniversary and we were pleased with this particular location because it was located in the Hard Rock casino which gave us a fun time before and after our meal. The service here was above what I have experienced at other locations, so they did an excellent job here of that. We each ordered the Prix Fixe Special Menu, both getting the filet and shrimp and then each getting the spinach and garlic mash. This set-up also comes with house or caesar salad or lobster bisque and a dessert. It was all excellent. We both each had a cocktail as well and they were excellent, I always order a blue cheese olive stuffed martini and they did it just right. Pro tip at this location, order small and then visit the Sugar Factory inside the casino for dessert, we wish we would have saved room for that instead! Or, talk a walk on the beach a little ways down from the casino and enjoy a nightcap before calling it a night. Overall a great experience.“
“Rode over to try this for lunch as I saw that they have received good reviews. Arrived a little early and noticed people already lining up at the front door, thought this is a good sign. The doors opened at 11 a.m. and about 15 minutes later the place was packed. I ordered the lunch special which was a roast beef poboy with fries and a drink for $11.99. Nice price. The food was good as the poboy was on real French bread and was pressed. It was loaded with Mayo, lettuce, tomato and pickles as should be. This place really shines with the service. Our drinks were never empty as every waitress who passed by seemed to check on us. Overall it was a great lunch experience and I’m looking forward to trying other menu options.“

“Our favorite spot for grilled oysters and gumbo, they have the best! They're wings, royal red shrimp, burgers, and sandwichs are all pretty good too. I've tried a few appetizers that sounded interesting (I think they were both pork and one came on sticks) neither had much flavor, I think even a little salt could have helped, but if not for some ranch it was just plain meat. Sometimes it's smokey inside, but they have a few outside tables if it's warm enough.“

“What an awesome place, the food is amazing and so is the service. We've been countless times and have never had a bad experience. My favorite is the fried catfish dinner, best I've ever eaten. If ever in the area I highly recommend this place. Only negative thing I could say is they don't serve alcohol, sometimes I like a glass of wine with my meal, but I settle for a tall glass of ice tea, the house wine of the south.“

“Went for dinner service and there was a line out the door, however they got us in quickly. The wait staff was very accommodating and friendly. The inside resembles a large dinning hall. The buffet line is broken into 4 sections and offer a variety of made to order options. Everything that was eaten was very tasty and hot. They regularly rotated the food. Very pleasant experience.“
“I rate this place 4 stars mostly for the experience. We had window seats and the view was amazing. It was my husbands birthday and they had a happy birthday sign on the table and a complimentary dessert. Our waiter was Drew and he was fantastic. It was an elegant dinner. The food: my husband got the tomahawk steak and they cut it at the table. He enjoyed it. The lobster mac and cheese was ok. I got the risotto with shrimp and scallops and unfortunately I was not a fan. We also tried the octopus, which was also not for me. The bread and cheese basket is complimentary and is a nice touch however the food wasn't as good as I expected for the price. However I did enjoy myself and like I said, it was an experience.“

“The restaurant was clean and neat in appearance. There are many TV screens with sports and other programs. Our server was Chris. She was friendly and attentive. The food was good. I ordered the breakfast burger and the egg was overcooked. That was the only flaw as all other items were prepared fresh and at a good temperature. I did ask Chris about the egg and she immediately had a fresh egg out. I would advise the customer to specify how you would like the egg cooked. The price is affordable and the portions are plentiful.“
