For the person missing all 10 of their Mild Sauces: You aren't supposed to even open the bag since you're delivery driver, and if the customer told you they were missing "10 Mild Sauces" it is because they DO cost money and they give out 2 packets per menu item (not sides) (so 3 Bean Burritos would receive 6 Sauce packets) & you cannot just request more, BC they do cost money... nothing is free...so stop trying to argue and give out your little 2 star rating on some greedy customers'...read full review

They often have no Pepsi. Mountain Dew, Black beans, etc.We have to check the food before we leave the drive through becsuse they often get the order wrong, they don't put napkins in the bag. When we say NO sauce, they put lots of sauces in the bag. When we specifically ask for Fire or Hot, we don't get them. They are also very show with filling orders.
