Valentine's Day, we wanted a special treat - Choco dipped Strawberry Blizzards. We got less than ½ way down our cups, and it was just vanilla ice cream. Dairy Queen, isn't the flavor of the Blizzard suppose to be all the way through the shake? We paid almost $15 for two large and only got flavor for one!

For some reason I was unable to do the survey printed on my receipt, but I still could NOT miss the opportunity to shout out MS. ERICA! She was the most patient, kind-hearted, professional as the kids I brought struggled to put their orders together. As I was leaving she noticed that I was struggling out the door with a handful. I only gave it two stars because the chocolate dipped cones are so good. Otherwise, the service is poor (I worked at a DQ for 7 years and am fiercely loyal), the foods rarely exceeds mediocre, it's always nasty and they completely failed to make an ice cream cake when I ordered one. When my wife went to pick it up, the floor was so gross her shoes were sticking to it. My old boss would crush these employees and definitely improve their problematic set up.
