I've been going here since my husband and I moved here. The service and the waiters/waitresses were very nice and thorough. El Potrillo is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in the metro area. The food is always excellent. However, tonight I had one of the most bizarre, worst service experiences I have ever had, and it left me extremely confused.The name on my ticket is Reina, but I am not sure if this was actually our server. I was with 2 other people, and we all arrived at slightly different times. The first guest got there, got their drink order and queso, and I arrived about 5 minutes later....read full review

Food & Service: Staff acted like they didn’t understand English or Spanish when my husband asked them about their specials. The woman at the counter on 3/9/2024 was rude to him.
