I visited this location with my stepson for the first time this morning. It was by far the best WH experience I’ve had. The place was clean and well taken care of. The service was PHENOMENAL. Every single person behind the counter made a point to speak to us and ask how we were doing. One of the cooks was so kind to my stepson and truly made his day, he made sure to check with my stepson that all the food was cooked to his liking. The food was amazing! My waffles were extremely fluffy, I cut it into 8 and could only eat 5/8, they were delicious! The customer service was rather good, our waitress, Bridget, was nice and polite. We overheard the chefs singing, which was amazing performance! 10/10! I did enjoy the Christmas decor, also. Me and my mother decided to tip 4$ for such an amazing meal and music.

I've been to this location a variety of times. The crew was on fire this time. They've been good before. They were all working together and you can feel the way they were chatting they actually were a great team who enjoyed working together. Most places nowadays you don't see that level of collaboration and team support. It made our experience all the better!
