There should be more than 5 stars allowed for this Applebee's!! Our server Jamya was exemplary and checked on us often without being a pest.The manager, if he passed our table, made it a point to ask if we were enjoying the food and thanking us for choosing them. I've been in much less crowded Applebee's with far far less efficiency. Good restaurant. Food was hot and came quickly. Waitress was friendly but never brought us any silverware or refills. Wife had to go get us some silverware from the back desk. Not a deal breaker because the food was excellent ?

Used the recommended app for faster service, the app informed me that my meal was ready. I replied I was located in the pickup parking space. After 25min.. I notice a employee looking at the spaces and returning back in the restaurant.. 10min passed, I went inside and noticed my order sitting on the counter.. the employee asked my name and said " Oh here is your order " ? I left.. went home and reheated my cold meal.
