Only twice going but the first time was not a good experience and went yesterday the employee who took care of us went above and beyond. So kind, respectful, helpful and totally professionally courteous. Sweet girl, Juliette.. hope I spelled that correct. Your doing amazing keep up the phenomenal work. ???
The servers were not engaged. There was a large sign posted declaring that no refunds were allowed, Only exchanges. It was written in such a way as to be automatically combative against customers. The dough on the fresh pizzas was over kneaded and hard and they didn't even cut one of the pizzas. Also it had the toppings of a regular pepperoni, not the extra most bestest. I will be driving out of my way to go to other little Caesars restaurants in the future.

After a busy week of real estate, my family decided pizza would be the easiest. I ordered ahead, but when I got there, the order was wrong. However, the manager quickly made it right and gave me a bonus 2 liter. I’m thankful they didn’t brush it off and was more than willing to make the correction for their customer. The pizza was hot and ready in 10 minutes and it was delicious. Thank you!
