I rated a two star because the salad and rolls were. good. I’ve eaten at the Pearl, MS location and last night was at Flowood. Both locations I ordered a steak. LOGAN’S should take the “Steakhouse” off and just call it Logan’s because these two restaurants are FAR from being a steakhouse. Both times the steaks were very tough and not tasty at all. First off I want to say Kyre was a great server. He was handling the stress very well and trust me it was stressful. However, the food took for ever and the manager Betty was not handling the stress well at all. A table behind us had gotten the incorrect steak and partial reason was because of the kitchen but she threw the server completely under the bus. As a server myself I was appalled by her behavior. Hey guys I was reluctant to eat here due to a low 2 star review during the dixie rodeo, however to me and my wife's surprise the service was fast and extremely attentive. the food was out within 10 minute, proper for the order and tasted great. All businesses have opportunities and I noticed that they couldn't turn tables as fast as new customers were coming in so the wait time was 45 minutes ( got a table in thirty ) I believe this was due to staffing.
