I just left KFC tonight...the young lady at the drive through was very pleasant and friendly. But the supervisor helping her was not! But I asked for 2 thighs and a leg. I know how thighs look. I eat enough if them to know. I told her that was not a thigh. The young lady said it might not look like a thigh but it is. Well sweetheart it WASN'T!!! I told her that I would come backing it wasn't. Too much traffic tonight...so I ate it. I tried calling the restaurant, but no answer.But...read full review
Poor customer service, just left there and my hubby ordered a $3.99 special in their window and when we paid they charged us 6.29 for his special and stated no refunds or accommodations for the few dollars extra…….What he got for $6.39 plus tax……Neva again

Fri husband comes home from working in gv full days work. Picks me up and drives right back to gv. We wnt KFC. He would only say we going to DOUBLE DOWN!!! HUMMMIT WAS GOOOOOD!!!The service was also great. All the staff was excited talking explaining the chicken sandwich with the bun. Helpful friendly and even continued to come check on us .asking if we needed anything. I will definitely be going back.
