Typical bar atmosphere. We visited on a Sunday afternoon. 4-5 people in the bar. Bartender was very pleasant. There are 4 pool tables in a different area from the bar. The tables are $1/game and pretty worn and not kept up (dusty, torn felt).
Not everyone who work at this place is bad, in fact all the guys that's bartenders are great. I ran into this young lady that basically refused to serve me a drink because I didn't leave a tip the time before. I didn't know that any customers were obligated to give tips, and she went as far as saying it's mostly (BLACKS) that don't leave tips. Very racist thing to say to someone that comes by regularly just to have a few drinks. I don't think it's anything wrong with leaving tips...read full review
