We had a great experience at Ward’s (717 Bartur in Hattiesburg, MS) today. Even though my order was not correct, they accepted responsibility and took care of it cheerfully. All of the employees, from the cashier to the service line workers were very nice & positive to deal with. Even the employees I didn’t have the opportunity to interact with seemed pleasing and happy to be at work. It was refreshing to have this experience at a time when it’s difficult to find good help...read full review
This is a typical small town feel that you don't get from most fast food places. The service is the way you would want it to be. Fast friendly and a little personal. Visit them once and you will be sure to go back

Found this place on our way home from the beach. The staff was very friendly and polite, and the food was delicious, we were glad they didn't put beans in their chilli. They will even give you chilled mugs for their root beer.
