Great experience, clean restaurant, and helpful staff!I had family in town and needed to feed them on New Year's Day. This location was perfect; quick response in drive thru, multiple cars came and went. Food was hot and good!
They used to have the absolute best shakes. The past few times I’ve been to this particular location the shake machine has consistently been down. They literally just reopened for business but can’t seem to get it together.As for the N. State St. location they can’t do such a simple thing as keep milk to even make the shakes. They run out of milk on a regular basis and could care less.

I’ve been going to backyard burger for almost 3 months now every time I’ve been there I’ve only seen two employees which I believe is the manager in a young lady who is the cashier so sweet & always kind in patient with nice nail .
